Disconfig configures Discord servers. It stores the design of a server and the record of changes made to it. It does not store conversations.

What we store

Voice-room owner IDs, and the allow/block lists an owner sets	To apply your own access rules to the rooms you open

What we never store

Message content. Our audit-log feature reads a message when it is edited or deleted, formats it, posts it into a channel inside the same server, and discards it. It is never written to our database and never leaves Discord.
Message history. We never fetch or archive a channel’s past messages.
Voice audio. Our bot never connects to a voice channel.
Presence, status or activity.
Email addresses, payment details or advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

These periods are enforced by an automatic sweep, not a promise someone has to remember to keep.

Build logs — 30 days.
Server backups — at most 2 per server at any time; taking a new one past that removes the oldest immediately. Whatever remains is deleted after 90 days regardless.
Finished build records — 180 days.
Sign-in sessions — deleted when they expire.
Your blueprints and voice lists — kept until you delete the project or your account, because they are the work itself.

What we do with it

We use it to run the service you asked for and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything. It is not transferred to third parties beyond the infrastructure that runs the service — a database host and an application host — acting on our instructions.

Discord permissions

Our bot requests Administrator so it can create and reorder any channel or role you design; Discord does not offer a narrower permission that can do that reliably. It uses two privileged intents:

Message Content — so the message-edited and message-deleted log channels can show what changed. Used transiently, as described above.
Server Members — so the join, leave, kick, role, nickname and timeout log channels receive events. We do not fetch or cache your member list.

Both are only used where you have turned on the audit-log feature. With it off, neither is used for anything.

Your choices

See what we hold. Ask, and we will send it.
Delete a server’s data. Delete the project. Its blueprint, plans, logs and backups go with it.
Delete everything. Ask, and your account and all of it is removed. Removing the bot from a server stops all collection for that server immediately.

Children

The service is not directed at anyone under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent where they live. Discord’s own terms apply in addition to these.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how long we keep it, we will change this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
